Connecting with Alan
Alan has been an active and prolific songwriter and performer for more than two decades and has opened for and shared the stage with many musical legends.
His original music blends an upbeat groove-driven guitar sound across a wide variety of rock, blues and country tinged tunes that speak of personal, social and human issues.
Whether he is appearing in a large concert venue with the Alan Grant Band, or in a smaller intimate solo acoustic performance, audiences all over the country have embraced him enthusiastically.
Alan has released his latest studio album, "A Reason To Smile"
with Co-Producer and Guitarist Anthony Krizan (Lenny Kravitz, Spin Doctors).
The band consists of Grant, Krizan and incredibly talented musicians including Billy Siegel,
Muddy Shews, Russ McAdoo, Maria Adubato and Sharon Lasher.
As a nice follow up to his 2012 induction into the New Jersey Advertising Hall of Fame, Alan was asked by this organization to perform his new song "Brand New Hall of Fame" at both the 2016 and 2017 award ceremonies at the Highlawn Pavillion in West Orange NJ for the state's top advertising agencies. Brand New Hall of Fame is being officially released on Grant's new studio album this summer!.
Alan’s original song, The Good Man was selected and licensed by Remington Shavers for use in their digital and social media advertising campaign.
The concept for the song was given to him by Creative Director Ken Musto, and two weeks later they had a hit song that has been nominated for multiple awards and received national attention.
Grant’s brand new song “Reason To Smile” was recently featured in a motivational video for a global sales and marketing conference for the Getinge Group in Austin, Texas. Produced by guitarist Anthony Krizan (Spin Doctors, Lenny Kravitz), this song has already received enthusiastic critical acclaim and is currently being added to Alan’s upcoming release of more than eight new original songs.
